
When Frank Green needed a strategic marketing plan to enter the US market, we developed a comprehensive strategy targeting Gen Z and Millennials through nationwide college campus activations. We organized on-site customization experiences with laser engraving, created all activation materials and POP displays, and recruited brand ambassadors to execute the campaign across multiple markets. Additionally, we created and launched both influencer and affiliate programs, brought in creators to attend activations for amplified reach, and developed performance marketing materials to support the broader campaign. The strategy recognized that US customers required a different approach than their established Australian market, resulting in successful market penetration and revenue growth.
